I didn't quite get it done in cantha but finished with 3 deaths. Lagged into 1 doing a meaningless quest, suicided after that from depression, then died about 5 seconds before the end of Unwaking Waters. Done with a ranger and about 90% PUG's (had guild help on V Square and Arborstone) The screen:

Not to much though as you had like nothing explored in tyria once you were finished, so it looks like you had major help form your russian buddies

Also I only give congrats to people who have gained any survivor title without farming some trolls or something, but just some legit playing.

It is nice to see someone going for something different once there done other than wasting time going for major high rank emoting there animal everywhere. thank you for that

It's too late to do for my other 4 pve characters. But I got the fifth spot.. :P

Why is everyone here so cynical? I saw a few posts that implied they only did this for the title... how is that when they started before titles were even announced?

I say hats off to you, I tried this on my warrior and only made the first rank (Survivor), but I tried in Cantha to make it easier to level lol. It's super hard to not die in this game unless you take precautions... that's why they didn't take the chances and brought all the prot stuff...

I swear people act so stupid over the internet... they were just sharing, be happy you saw the process and go on with your day...

Lol this is a joke, look at all the pictures, he didn't even do anything! He sits in the back while people kill everything for him. I'm glad you gave credit to the people that helped you. I give them credit for dragging along a burden who just sits in the back and wimpers in a corner.

P.S. LOOK AT ALL THE WAMMOS! AHHHH THE PLAGUE IT BURNS!

About somebody else doing it, most people don't want to waste 30 hours of their life watching from the back and begging people to help you.

Oh and I have to laugh at all the rank 3 deers. Are you seriously trying to show off rank 3? God anymore rank 9 doesn't even impress anybody.

Just saw you in THK, and the title is certainly impressive. However, I notice that the area you have mapped for Tyria is 38%. I believe (could be wrong!) a person will map a little over 60% by just getting to the various outposts and completing the missions. May I ask if you were run to the outposts? This isn't an attempt to undermine your accomplishment, I'm just curious why you have so little territory explored.
And as to the naysayers - try it yourself before slamming someone who has. If it were that easy, the outposts would be jammed with people with his title. I doubt if ANet had any particular criteria as to how someone went about earning the title. If they didn't expect people to "power level", they wouldn't provide all those tempting scrolls (which I believe GWG had active during his final mission).

For a real challenge, try doing this without the healing powers and such of a Monk as a Profession.

Necro/Ranger. Necro/Anything really, just not Monk. or Ranger/Anything but monk.

makes me remember of that time i wanted to make a Survivor Assassin, the quests at shing jea were easy enough for me not to die but Instructor Ng's courses.... i got killed by a PROT monk on the Disenchantment Course

This guy is a complete fake, all evidence points towards him being ran everywhere, and i bet you he got a powerleveler to get him that exp or someone else while he sat around, this guy is a complete disgrace to the survivor titles!

Powerlevelling seems to be the way that some (many?) people are going with the Survivor title, and there is even a service being offered to power level you up to Legendary Survivor. So yeah the survivor title is going to mean less in some ways over time. But if people are happy at just having achieved it, gg.

But keep on posting those Legendary Survivor title pages. Always a fun look, even the power leveled ones. Screenies of just after having achieved the title would be nice, instead of several tens of thousands XP after (which I find weird). Heck if I ever get the level 3 title it'll be like 1 XP after having got it.
